Looks yummy! Nice chatting with you the other day. Cheers!
wow. recipes. needed. asap.
Dinner 1: I don’t have exact recipes for this as I didn’t use one for the pork and my friend made the ratatouille based on her grandma’s recipe. But here are two similar recipes from sources I trust.
Pork tenderloin: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Roast-Pork-Loin-with-Garlic-and-Rosemary-101684
Ratatouille: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2903/ratatouille
Dinner 2: Again, didn’t use recipes but here are some trustworthy suggestions.
Roast tomatoes: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1534/roast-tomatoes-with-pesto
Mashed cauliflower: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/george-stella/mock-garlic-mashed-potatoes-recipe/index.html
Dinner 3: I actually do have recipes for these!
French onion soup: http://smittenkitchen.com/2011/04/french-onion-soup/
Tart: http://www.dessertsforbreakfast.com/2011/08/fig-mascarpone-and-pistachio-tart.html (we didn’t follow the recipe exactly, we scaled it down by making a regular pie crust)
Good luck!
